In June 2012, Lord Monckton of Brenchley circulated a Briefing Paper to the House of Lords detailing the constitutional consequences of a challenge to the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate. Monckton provides extensive detail behind the conclusion of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio's investigation that the Image of Obama's long-form Hawaiian birth certificate was a forgery.
The fact that the issue of Obama's eligibility is being raised in Britain at the same time that there is a growing movement for Glass-Steagall in Britain is of great significance given that Obama became President in the first place through the support of the British oligarchy which opposes Glass-Steagall.
In addition to the evidence presented that the document presented by Obama is a forgery, Monckton also reveals a number of significant anomalies.
Obama's apparent birth date coincides with the date of birth of an infant in Hawaii, Virginia Sunahara, who died the day after her birth. Her brother Duncan has recently attempted to obtain a copy of her long-form birth certificate to ensure that its sequential number was not identical with that now showing on the President's copy birth certificate, but was refused by the Hawaiian state court with no stated reason, despite the fact that Hawaiian law expressly allows anyone sharing a common ancestor the right to a copy.
The certificant number on Obama's long-form is out of sequence. It is stamped as having been registered on August 8, 1961 with then number 10641. Two girls, the Nordyke twins, whose certificates were registered three days later on August 11 have the certificate numbers 10637 an 10638. Obama's number should not have had a number greater than theirs.
Monckton also points out that Obama's first Executive Order as President gave him the power to invoke executive privilege in preventing disclosure of any records concerning him (Executive Order 13489, Presidential Records).
Monckton argues that "the implications of this affair for Her Majesty's Government are considerable. The apparent forgeries, with the failure of Mr. Obama and the State of Hawaii to ensure access to the original long-form birth certificate of which the document on the White House website is said to be a copy, have cast legitimate and growing doubt upon Mr. Obama's fitness to hold office. If any successful moves are made against Mr. Obama and his key supporters, whether via ballot challenges in the civil courts, or via the exercise of Brady rights by a defendant accused of a crime signed into law by Mr. Obama, or via a disqualification from office under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, a dislocation considerably more severe than the fall of Nixon may be anticipated, leaving the free world leaderless at a time of great financial uncertainty. Therefore the issue, peripheral though it may at first seem, is not only of central importance to the United States, whose Constitution may have been flouted and circumvented in a material respect, but is also potentially of great consequences to Britain and to the West."
Sheriff Arpaio has scheduled another press conference for July 17 with further results of the investigation promised.
